Policy

1.Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits go toward your final service total.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.
No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit and require a new one to rebook.

2. Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. This helps keep the day running smoothly for all clients.

3. No Extra Guests

To maintain a calm and focused environment, please do not bring extra guests unless previously approved.

4. Health & Safety

If you’re feeling unwell or have had recent scalp concerns (e.g., irritation, infection), please reschedule your appointment. Your health and safety always come first.
